Ordering and payment
- Use the product filters to find the right cat food or dog food.
- To avoid returns, we advise you to read the available product information carefully.
- Select packaging unit if available. The price quoted includes VAT and excludes any shipping costs.
- Click on the Ordering to add the product to your shopping basket.
- Click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the screen.
- Check your order and click the Checkout.
- Don't have a CLiNiC account yet? Then click on Create account and fill in the form.
Have you ordered from us before? Then click on Login to continue. - Check your delivery and billing address. Would you like to receive your order at a different address? Then click on the link Change address. You can then select a previously used address or add a new one.
- Is everything correct? Click on the button Proceed to payment.
- Choose the desired payment method.
- Our general terms and conditions apply to online orders. If you are not already familiar with these, you can view them at this page. Upon approval, you can click the order button to start payment.
- Follow the steps in the payment screen.
- After completing the payment, you will be shown a summary with the products ordered. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. Is something wrong? Please let us know as soon as possible.
Pay safely
In our webshop, you can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact or BankTransfer. This allows you to pay securely online via your own bank. The payment will be debited directly from your account. There are no extra costs for the payment methods in our shop.
