Return
At CLiNiC Petfood, you can always return your order within 14 days. Please enclose the return form so that we can quickly proceed to refund the purchase price. The cost of returning the goods is for your own account. Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that CLiNiC Petfood is not responsible for damaged or lost returned items. Therefore, always ask for a tracking code at the post office and keep it safe.
During the cooling-off period, you will handle the product and its packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Is a returned product found to be damaged by causes beyond reviewing its nature, characteristics and operation? Then we may deduct the cost of that depreciation from the return amount or not pay any amount at all.
